you_must_be_upgraded I feel this recording is a good introduction to Mr. McKenzie’s background and factors that lead to the formation of his creative work.

I listened to this recording after hearing many of the other interviews, so I didn’t notice a lot of new information. This would work well as a starting point for people who don’t know much about McKenzie or people who are interesting in hearing the history of some of the English music movements from someone who was on the front lines.

This is another special art piece from Beta-Lactam Ring and has only been available on vinyl for a decade... until now. I like the gimmick sleeve with the eyeballs that slide out, but the music is pretty great too. "Rim of the Pit" features a number of horror pieces arranged like channel surfing on a television in hell. The second side is noodly, instrumental, and far less harrowing. RTW
